My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location was great, just a 5-minute drive to the falls. However, the service was a mix of polite and professional interactions with a slight unfriendly tone during check-in. The hotel was quite a pleasant surprise despite being located on a busy road. The room was different from what we expected from the website image but still very comfortable with a queen bed, modern lighting, and plenty of convenient electrical outlets. The service was exceptional and made our stay even more enjoyable with friendly staff who went out of their way to accommodate our requests. The location was very good, especially for those with a vehicle, being close to Quebec City and Montmorency Falls. The dining experience, though not included, was definitely worth the price offering a variety beyond our expectations. Overall, a great stay with some minor drawbacks.
